- A Bloody Day In Eastern Ghouta By #Assad Regime And Russian Warplanes

- At least 20 civilians were killed and dozens were wounded on Thursday in raids on the town of Zemlka in the eastern town of Damascus.

In addition, dozens of raids and barrel bombs have been launched since the morning on the cities and towns of Arabin, Harasta, Zamalek, Ein Tirma, Saqba, Kafrrbatna, Hamuriya, Haza and Jisreen in the eastern Ghouta in the Damascus countryside.


This coincided with the flight of more than 12 military planes, ranging from helicopters, warplanes and drones in the sky of the eastern Ghouta, leading to dozens of deaths and injuries among civilians.

It is worth mentioning that the eastern Ghouta is living the most violent campaign by the Russian and #Assad regime warplanes, leading to the deaths of dozens of hundreds of civilians.

- أكدت «ماريكسي ميركادو» المتحدثة باسم منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة «يونيسف»، اليوم الجمعة أن «المنظمة مستعدة للتعامل مع 50 ألف شخص يخرجون من الغوطة الشرقية بسوريا».

جاء ذلك خلال إفادة أمام الأمم المتحدة بجنيف قالت فيها «نعمل ونخطط للتعامل مع عمليات الإجلاء منذ فترة وتحديداً من أجل توفير ملاجئ تشمل مساعدات للطوارئ، تغطي خططنا ما يصل إلى 50 ألف شخص».

جدير بالذكر أن الغوطة الشرقية تعيش حملة عسكرية هي الأعنف من قبل طائرات النظام والطيران الروسي مما خلف مئات الضحايا بين قتيل وجريح.

جدير بالذكر أن الغوطة الشرقية تعيش حملة عسكرية تعد هي الأعنف من قبل قوات النظام ودعم جوي روسي، مما خلف أعداداً كبيرة من الضحايا بين قتيل وجريح.

- Rape has been used as a weapon by those fighting in Syria's seven-year civil war and others preying on refugees fleeing the conflict, according to the United Nations.

A report released Thursday by the U.N. Commission of Inquiry on #Syria accused forces fighting on behalf of the #Assad regime, the opposition and jihadi groups of being complicit in sexual assault against Syrians—mostly women—as well as other human rights violations, including acts of torture and arbitrary execution.

Based on interviews with 454 survivors, relatives of victims, defectors, medical professionals, lawyers and members of affected communities, the 29-page report found widespread abuses committed since the March 15, 2011 uprising against #Assad regime.

"It is utterly repugnant that such brutal acts of sexual and gender-based violence continue to be perpetrated throughout Syria by warring parties," Commission Chair Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro said in a statement.

"These violations affect Syrians from all backgrounds, including men and boys, though women and girls are disproportionately impacted, and continue to be victimized on multiple grounds," he added.

The report claimed that members of the #Assad security forces carried out mass arrests of those suspected to be working against the government and sexually assaulted both male and female detainees. The documented found that some women were gang-raped and males penetrated with objects such as batons and bottles.

It also revealed that insurgents, including Al-Qaeda-affiliated Nusra Front successor Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), had "caused severe physical and psychological harm to women, girls, and men, by imposing strict religious dress codes and, in the case of women and girls, prohibiting their free movement unless accompanied by a male relative."

The report blasted ISIS in particular, accusing the jihadis of "stoning of women and girls to death on charges of adultery, executing sexual minorities by throwing them off buildings, lashing those who violated its onerous dress code, and forced marriage" of Sunni Muslim women to ISIS fighters, often passing them on to other members after their husband was killed.

"By severely depriving sexual minorities of their fundamental rights, ISIL’s atrocious policy of targeting them seriously contravened international law, and amounted to the crime against humanity of persecution," Commissioner Hanny Megally said in a statement, using an alternative acronym for ISIS.

Sexual violence also followed those who escaped the war, according to a separate U.N. report. In a report published in December, the U.N. Refugee Agency highlighted the plight of men and boys who had suffered sexual abuse in refugee camps and other places outside of Syria.

The Syrian Democratic Forces, a mostly Kurdish alliance that replaced the largely Arab opposition as the U.S.'s leading Syrian ally in recent years, has also been accused of human rights abuses in the battle against #ISIS. In March 2017, the Syrian Democratic Forces-affiliated Manbij Military Council announced it had arrested some of its own fighters after they were seen on video torturing an ISIS fighter trying to plant mines in villages near the area.

- Ahmed Hamdan, the son of Hamuriya village in the eastern Ghouta, was killed on Wednesday by #Assad / Russian air strikes on the town. - أكد محققون تابعون للأمم المتحدة اليوم الخميس، أن قوات نظام #الأسد والميليشيات الإجرامية المساندة لها استخدمت الاغتصاب والاعتداء الجنسي على النساء والفتيات والرجال في حملة لمعاقبة مناطق المعارضة، مشيرةً إلى انها «أفعال تشكل جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية».

كما ألقى المحققون في التقرير لوماً على فصائل المعارضة السورية مشيرين إلى أن «جماعات المعارضة ارتكبت أيضا جرائم عنف جنسي وتعذيب رغم أنها قل شيوعا بشكل كبير».

وهذا وانتشرت عشرات التسجيلات المصورة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خلال السنوات السبع الماضية، تُثبت الجرائم بحق الإنسانية من أطراف تابعين لنظام #الأسد ، وفق تقارير أممية سابقة.

ويرقد في سجون نظام #الأسد مئات الآلاف من المعتقلين، رجالاً ونساء، نظراً لحملات الاعتقال التعسفي التي يمارسها النظام السوري منذ انطلاق الثورة السورية.

- الأمم المتحدة تعلن إجلاء مدنيين من الغوطة وقافلة مساعدات خلال أيام

-أعلنت منظمة الأمم المتحدة عن إجلاء 147 مدنيا من مدينة دوما في منطقة الغوطة الشرقية بمحافظة ريف دمشق، اليوم الثلاثاء، ووصول قافلة مساعدات إنسانية للمحاصرين في المدينة، خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة.

وخلال مؤتمر صحفي في مقر الأمم المتحدة الدائم بنيويورك، قال المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للمنظمة الدولية، استيفان دوغريك، إن «المدنيين أصبحوا علي خط المواجهة الأول في الغوطة الشرقية، وما نريده الآن هو وصول إنساني بلا شروط وبلا عوائق ومستدام لجميع المدنيين في سوريا».

وتابع: «تم اليوم إجلاء 147 مدنيا (من بين آلاف بحاجة إلى إجلاء عاجل) من دوما، غالبيتهم أطفال ونساء، وستصل إلى المدينة قافلة (مساعدات) إنسانية مشتركة، خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة»، ومضى دوغريك قائلا إن «أولويتنا تتركز في ضرورة تطبيق قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2401».

ويطالب هذا القرار جميع الأطراف بوقف إطلاق النار فورا، لمدة ثلاثين يوماً، من تاريخ اعتماد القرار، في 24 فبراير/ شباط الماضي، بهدف إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية للمحتاجين في المناطق المحاصرة.

لكن النظام وروسيا لم يلتزموا بالقرار، حيث يواصلون قصف الغوطة الشرقية، المحاصرة منذ عام 2012، بشراسة، رغم أنها ضمن مناطق خفض التوتر، التي تم الاتفاق عليها، عام 2017، في محادثات الكازخية أستانة.
