- #Raqqa City … Humanitarian Crisis Amid The Siege :



Agencies (IRW) – Illnesses and diseases including Tuberculosis began to spread amid the children, due to the lack of medical care and medicines, amid critical health and medical situation in the city.

Field hospitals suffering lack in blood bags after the Islamic state #ISIS militant group moved the blood bank to the southern countryside, in addition to the lack in the medical teams.

Leishmaniasis, measles and tuberculosis diseases are the most spreading diseases amid the children, moreover, several cases suffering Acute infections.

The civilians’ dead bodies are buried in the general parks, such as Rashid park and Bustan Park, due to the running battles in the city that made it hard to move the dead-bodies to the graves.

The medical team working in #Raqqa city consists of 9 doctors in the general surgery, bones surgery, drugging doctor, interior illness doctor, heart and nerve system doctor and female surgery doctor from non-Syrian nationalities, meanwhile the nursing teamwork consists of 40 nurses, including 14 nurses married to #ISIS fighters and received training in special camps.
