- Russia Includes Idlib To The De-Escalation Agreement … And Keeps On Rastan Only Northern Homs


- The Russian forces located over Qanya checkpoint northern Daraa published pamphlets on the civilians coming from the Syrian regime areas to the Syrian opposition held areas in Daraa.

The pamphlets state that Idlib province will be included in the de-escalation zones agreement, but the agreement included Rastan city only northern Homs, in addition to Eastern Ghouta area in Rif Dimashq and Qunaitra and Daraa provinces.

Russian forces indicated in the pamphlets that the targets of establishing the de-escalation zones are «Ceasefire, delivering humanitarian aid, rebuilding infrastructure, and Create the appropriate conditions for the return of displaced»

Noteworthy that the de-escalation agreement includes the whole northern countryside of Homs, according to the agreement signed in the Egyptian capital city of Cairo.
