UAE Calls to Evacuate Syria from Turkish and Iranian Troops


- The foreign minister of the United Arab Emirates, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, called on Tuesday on Turkish and Iranian troops to leave Syria as soon as possible.

He pointed out that the Turkish and Iranian interventions come in an attempt to impose a colonial view that hinders reaching a solution in Syria.

These remarks came during a press conference held by bin Zayed with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi. He explained that a part of the solution in Syria is the exit of all parties which trying to reduce the sovereignty of the Syrian state, as it put out.

"If Iran and Turkey stick to the same colonial act on Arab affairs and interfere with its own issues, the tragic situation will continue in Syria or in another country," he said.
