- Agreement To Displace Al-Qadam Neighborhood In Damascus To Northern Syria

- #Damascus (IRW) – A primarily agreement was revealed between the #assad regime forces and figures from Al-Qadam neighborhood recently, that states to evacuate the Syrian opposition forces and civilians who will to flee the neighborhood towards northern Syria.

The agreement is due to be implemented next Tuesday, September 26, and the protection and security of the neighborhood will be handed over to those who want to remain in the context of national reconciliation, according to local sources.

This agreement raised a lot of controversy in the neighborhood, and was met with many obstacles, the most important of which is the shelling of the city of Idlib, and rejected by many of the neighborhood’s residents as well as the Ajnad Al-Sham to get out of the region.

It should be noted that this agreement was the result of secret negotiations that have been going on for nearly three months between the commander of the Mujahideen Al-Sham, called as «Zmar» and Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham HTS on the one hand, and the Syrian regime on the other.
