- The Military Escalation ... Stopped The Trade Artery In The Northern Syria

Commercial traffic in northern Syria has been severely constrained by the escalation of Russian military operations in Aleppo, Hama and Idlib.

The commercial traffic decreased in Bab Al-Hawa bordering gate with Turkey, as well as a paralyze in the movement of small and huge markets as traders fear from wide military escalation that could reach the bordering areas.

The Trade was restricted to basic foodstuffs, following the displacement of most of the population from areas under bombardment, particularly in the southern countryside of Idlib.

A large part of the traders in the north of Syria are looking forward to the possibility of improving the overall situation of trade "in case of Turkish intervention", considering that it would "increase security and stability in the region."
