- Seventeen (17) civilians at least - including 15 children - were killed on late Monday after several airstrikes launched by the #Assad regime warplanes that hit an underground shelter in Erbeen city located in Eastern Ghouta area.
The civil defense said that its teams were unable to pull out the people stuck under rubbles or even to know whether if they are still alive or not, but asserted that the rescuing efforts will continue.
Local sources reported that most of the civilians who were in the shelter were women and children who were sheltering from the aerial campaign that targets the cities and towns of Eastern Ghouta area.
