Local sources told that a person called Mohamed Ghazal from Arsal city “arrests and assaults the Syrians and then hand them over to the intelligence of the army or Hezbollah according to who pays him more.”
The sources added “he handed over dozens of Syrians till now, he is accompanied with 7 armored men who backs him up in his assaults” adding that “no one from the members of Arsal could stop him, Lebanese state can’t limit him as he works for its intelligence branches”
Syrian activists from Arsal camps launched SOS calls to limit Al-Ghazal assaults, as there is more than a hundred thousand of Syrian refugees in Arsal camps on the Syrian-Lebanese borders.
