The VBIED was parked in the street located between the Municipality building and immigration building, near the National hospital, which led to dozens of casualties and colossal destruction in the civilians' properties.
Meanwhile, the civil defense teams rushed to the explosion scene as injuries needs to receive treatment in the nearest medical points, in addition to extinguishing the fire caused by the explosion.
No side claimed yet the responsibility of the explosion.
Noteworthy that an explosion hit Thalathin street in Idlib city on 8 January 2018, which led to kill 20 civilians and injure 60 others.
