- #assad regime Slams the UN Commission of Inquiry on CW Usage


- #assad regime on Friday sent a letter to the Human Rights Council, denying the charges against the regime forces in a recent UN report by the commission of inquiry, of carrying out the deadly chemical attack on Khan Sheikhun last April.

#assad regime permanent representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva «Hossam El-Din Ala» said that «Syria has not and will not use poison gas against its own people, because they do not own it already and it is considered the use of such gases is moral crime can only be condemned. »

#assad regime has called on the Human Rights Council, «to stop the work of such committees, which harm the reputation of the Council and its role and develop controls to prevent some States to exploit the Council's mechanisms to control the work of the Committee and use it to serve its political objectives on the expense reputation of the Council and its integrity», as saying

A report issued Wednesday by the United Nations’ commission of inquiry which is responsible to investigate war crimes, accused the #assad forces of shelling Khan Sheikhun south of Idleb by the nerve-agent sarin gas, and blamed them for the deaths of more than 80 people most of them women and children.
