Activists called to secure the needs of displaced in the camps located in #Aleppo, #Idleb and northern countrysides of Latakia, in the areas held by the Syrian opposition forces, as their camps suffered severe damages as a result of the storms and heavy rain that hit the area.
Activists called on organizations to secure the needs of the displaced, and called the local and managerial councils to open the governmental and schools’ buildings to receive displaced.
Abu Fajr Al-Hardan, Manager of Salah Al-Deen camp located northern Latakia, told Qasioun News Agency that “more than 20 tents inside the camp were collapsed, the rest flooded in the water due to the severe rain storm that hit the country, this will cause a humanitarian disaster”
Noteworthy that 200,000 displaced fled to the bordering areas with #Turkey during the last month following the Syrian regime forces and their backing up militias attacks over Idlib and Aleppo southern countryside.
